Everyone loves a good sauce! This creamy Dijon vinaigrette pairs amazingly well with chicken, steak, fish....you name it! this recipe includes a delicious ribeye steak paired with brussels and toasted almond rice pilaf!

Heavy Cream (1 cup)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Champagne vinegar, Find it here>> O Champagne Vinegar - O Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pour vinegar, butter, and heavy cream in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Once the vinegar is cooked down, pour in dijon mustard and reduce heat to medium low. Stir constantly for about 6-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
*Tip* If the vinegar is too strong, dilute with heavy cream. You can play with the flavors easily by adding in small amounts at a time. Always stir, let sit, then taste test!
