Super Simple Cajun Shrimp Tacos

Forget Taco Tuesday, you'll want these super simple and QUICK shrimp tacos any day of the week!


1 lb Shrimp

Tortillas (I use 50/50 Corn + Flour Tortillas, Yellow Corn • La Tortilla Factory)

Cajun Seasoning

Tri-Color Coleslaw

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2oz Jalapeno (canned)

2 tbsp Avocado Oil


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil in pan on medium heat. place tortilla in pan and let cook on both sides, about 1-2 minutes each. Remove tortilla from heat and place between paper towels. Set aside.

  2. Mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, jalapenos in a bowl. Add a little of the jalapeno juice for an extra kick! Set aside. You can also season with Cajun seasoning, or simply salt and pepper.

  3. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and drop in pan, stirring occasionally. Cook for approximately 5-8minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.

  4. Place coleslaw on tortilla, top with shrimp, and serve!
